Cultivate knowledge transfer from leaders, industry experts and fellow members to each member. Creating a environment for learning basics, new technologies and adapting individual's current process to ensure their best product each year.

Each project must be safely trained to walk with member. Parents are hands off, only other 4-H members can help with leading and grooming the steers.
